Hiltons Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Team works to advance progress toward Hiltons 2030 Travel with Purpose goals to advance our social impact and reduce our environmental footprint. The Senior Manager, ESG - Asia Pacific (APAC) will play a critical role in activating the Travel with Purpose strategy across Hilton hotels and our enterprise operations in the APAC region, working in close collaboration with ESG leaders and partners across the business. The role will report to the VP, Global ESG.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

• Collaborate with business partners and hotel leaders to deliver ESG programs across Hiltons value chain in the APAC region and support inquiries on topics including hotel sustainability projects, responsible sourcing, reduction of food waste, protection of human rights and biodiversity, and other topics
• Maintain support for the APAC Travel with Purpose Champions Network, a cross-functional group of corporate and hotel leaders that support the advancement of the Travel with Purpose strategy
• Lead ESG role for APAC region in planning for enterprise-wide Travel with Purpose initiatives, as needed, such as Earth Week, Travel with Purpose Week, review of regional grantees for the Hilton Global Foundation, and other global ESG programs
• Prepare APAC social and environmental impact measurement and reporting for company leadership and business partners, while supporting storytelling and case study development for external communications

WHY YOULL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role, such as corporate responsibility, sustainability programs, ESG strategy, or business consulting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent project management skills with a high standard of delivery
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to excel in a high-performance, fast-paced professional environment, while running multiple projects under tight deadlines

It would be useful if you have:

• Experience working in a global corporate environment
• Exposure to environmental and/or social impact measurement methodologies
• Hospitality experience
• Proficiency in Mandarin to support Chinese speaking market
