Job Description
A highly establised and listed company withn the mining industry is lookig for a Senior Manager to oversee the FP&A and Risk management.
Job description:
Manage the reporting and analysis work stream
- Analyse financial data, and understand financial performance and position of the Group to identify key causes of business variances for performance measurement
- Prepare management reports, variance analysis and commentary, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks
- Prepare AC and/or BOD meeting materials
- Coordinate the preparation of annual report
- Coordinate investor relations activities
- Facilitate the preparation of internal audit plan by the external IA
- o Provide high-level consultation to internal IA teams to oversee work is performed to international standards, and co-ordinate with external IA, in respect of annual engagements
- o Manage tracking/follow ups on internal audit issues, as identified in latest risk management/IA report
- o Co-ordinate and integrate internal audit reports of all principal subsidiaries, and reporting the same to the AC
- o Oversee IPT and potential conflict of interest transactions (reviewed/monitored by Jakarta in-house internal audit team) are done in accordance with annual IPT mandate
Requirement
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Experience in mentoring/leading will be advantageous
