:The CompanyAre you a finance leader with a passion for driving M&A integrations? We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support strategic M&A Financial and Operational Process Integration. This role ensures the seamless integration of financial systems, processes, and teams' post-merger, driving efficiency and compliance with corporate objectives.The Role

• Lead financial integration post-M&A, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX.
• Manage due diligence, financial reporting, and process standardization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Provide training and support for acquired finance teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure seamless transition of financial systems and processes.
• Develop strategies to integrate financial reporting structures with corporate objectives.
• Maintain and update financial policies to reflect new systems and organizational changes.
• Oversee stabilization of financial systems and address post-integration issues.
• Ensure alignment of financial operations with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in US GAAP or IFRS.
• 8+ years of experience in financial integration, M&A, or related roles within a multinational corporation.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to collaborate with global teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools.
