Position Description

Job Summary

The FP&A Senior Manager - Productivity Services and EaaS will be responsible for analyzing financial data, forecasting future trends, and providing key insights to support decision-making for our Productivity Services and EaaS business model operations. This role will be responsible for driving financial performance through robust reporting and analysis, as well as identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for EaaS business model operations.
  • Conduct financial analysis on proposed EaaS business models and initiatives, including evaluating the financial feasibility and ROI of potential deals.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, key performance indicators, and areas for improvement in the reporting of results for Productivity Services business.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and support decision-making related to pricing, product mix, and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to management and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial data.

  • Structured thought process and a strong analytical ability, experience with operational execution and technical finance know how.
  • Strong initiative and proactive approach to challenge status quo, identify opportunities and solutions proactively.
  • Self driven and highly motivated, ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • You will need strong communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to present complex finance issues to non-finance stakeholders simply, and with impact.

Education/Professional Qualifications required
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Additional Important Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop business modeling analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling in Excel.
This is an individual contributor position, and occassional regional travel required.
