Due to business expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting with a deep understanding of IFRS and SEC regulations.The RoleReporting to the GM Finance and working in an established team, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial reports to maintain the company\'s listing on US stock exchanges while fostering transparency and accountability. Ensure compliance with IFRS and SEC regulations. Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and SEC regulations that may impact financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal and external auditors to gather financial data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes. Act as a primary point of contact for SEC reporting and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including the board of directors, legal counsel, and regulatory agencies. Review financial disclosures to ensure compliance with SEC guidelines and regulations. Provide guidance on complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, impairment assessments, and financial instrument valuations. Prepare and review financial statements for quarterly and annual reporting. Ensure that financial statements are clear, accurate, and compliant with all applicable regulations. Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process to ensure a smooth and efficient audit, addressing any audit findings and recommendations. Assist in the preparation of financial information and support investor relations efforts, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and responding to analyst inquiries. Ensure adequate controls and safeguards are in place to safeguard the integrity of financial reporting. Ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements as they pertain to financial reporting.Your ProfileTo qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant and have a Degree in Accountancy with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting from a US-Listed MNC. It is essential to have a strong understanding of SEC regulations, IFRS and SOX compliance and internal controls. We are seeking an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
