Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Team SummaryVisa\'s Digital Partnerships and Fintech team is a client facing organization that sets Visa\'s public digital narrative, develops commercial partnerships with industry leading brands, and manages the ongoing engagement with large and small Fintech players across the region.The team is responsible for managing the commercial relationships with some of Visa\'s most complex and highest growth partners, as well as developing the fintech sales narrative, tools, packaged programs and deal support required to ensure Visa are the partner of choice for all Fintechs across Asia Pacific.What a Senior Manager, Fintech Business Development, Digital Partnerships does at Visa:

  • Execute our Regional Prospecting Strategy: In collaboration with the functional head, execute on delivering a defined strategy to find new opportunities for Visa\'s growth in the AP region, including but not limited to content creation, research & analytics, addressable market mapping, and industry engagement.
  • Deliver on Targets: Be accountable to find, nurture and execute commercial opportunities with Fintech\'s, usually in the form of multi-year deals.
  • Deal Negotiation: Drive Visa\'s value proposition through leading commercial negotiations on deal structures for regional Fintechs across Asia Pacific.
  • Product innovation: Lead opportunities to collaborate on new solution builds through client discovery sessions.
  • Special Projects & Reports: Complete ad-hoc projects and create reports as needed to answer specific business questions. Support the creation of sales templates and other materials that may be useful for Business Development leads for effective selling.

The Senior Manager, Fintech Business Development is responsible for developing close relationships with these partners across the AP region and securing long term growth for both Visa and our Fintech partners.The incumbent will be primarily measured on 3 fronts: * Driving Visa\'s growth through securing multi region and multi product partnerships with Fintechs.
  • Ensuring all markets across the Asia Pacific region are supported on content and materials to drive in market sales strategies.
  • Engage the thriving Fintech community in Asia Pacific
Projects you will be a part of:
  • Partner with the Digital Partnerships lead in markets to work on regional / global partnership opportunities especially in the sectors that connect consumers to information via devices, search, advertising, or social networks.
QualificationsWhat you will need:
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 or more years of work experience or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Payments or Fintech background
  • Client facing experience
  • Results driven and highly passionate to deliver committed KPIs
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint necessary
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to provide high quality deliverables in a fast paced environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter, can-do attitude and ability to collaborate
  • Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and ability to guide the relevant stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups
  • Team oriented, ethical, empathetic, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible
  • Able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders internally & externally
  • Possesses strong communication and presentation skills,
