Business Partnering



Develop financial models and simulate go-to market business cases to support strategic initiatives Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes Provide recommendations and insight to maximise pricing and investment opportunities Collaborate with country leadership to provide direction and support where required Development of 1 direct report

Planning and Analysis



Undertake analytical reviews of key metrics and provide management with tools to understand drivers of variances and recommended actions to improve efficiency Review planning tools and data analytics for future implementation Prepare presentations to APAC and Corporate management Prepare financial business cases where required

Project Management & Improvements



Represent APAC on key company or APAC initiated wide projects Develop, plan and implement continuous improvements to drive efficiency and leverage technology Support acquisition integration activity Propose and develop new planning solutions Establish structured communications with management and markets Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies Drive quality control of all deliverables

Qualifications and Experience



University degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance Professional Accounting Qualifications such as CPA, Chartered Accountant or MBA is preferred Strong understanding of USGAAP and/or IFRS required Risk management and internal control experience Minimum of 10 years working in finance roles with increasing responsibilities and proven output Experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals a plus
