Support Director Commercial SEAPAC in financial analysis to accelerate Golf category growth within SEA countries.
Partner country Commercial teams to drive actions to achieve sales forecast, review marketing investments, including challenge financial plans and supporting the buy process.
Work with Director Commercial SEAPAC and countries on commercial analysis in a practical and timely manner to support decision making.
Provide management reporting to country commercial teams, including NS tracking, P&L performance, IBP and inventory.
Liaise with DP on IBP for divisional planning for Golf category to drive margin improvement.
Act as a liaison with APAC regional team in Japan on business performance.
Support FP&A Director in delivering SEA performance through balance between adidas sports and golf.
FP&A responsibilities
Full responsibility for all Golf P&L reporting, through collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to build a credible and reasonable forecast.
Responsible for preparation and consolidation of regular FP&A reporting ensuring accuracy and submission in a timely manner.
Coordinate with SEAPAC country and Cluster FP&A on all FP&A reporting deliverables and market planning.
Perform analysis on forecast and actuals to provide insights on FP&A reporting deliverables.
Work with local accounting teams to ensure proper accruals and actuals reporting.
Support FP&A Director in ad-hoc analysis per business need and aligning Golf and adidas sports ways of working.
Collaborate with Demand Planning and country Commercial teams on shipments to achieve forecast.
Partner SEA Demand Planning and GBS on Golf inventory actuals and forecast.
Responsible for inventory management. Support Director, Commercial SEAPAC to drive actions on excess inventory (if any) and logistics teams to ensure sufficient warehouse capacity.
Ensure markdowns aligned with Commercial teams is maintained on a timely basis by Customer Service teams.

Has high attention to detail and accuracy while working with strict reporting deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills, good time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize different requests.
Solid and sound knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Prior experience with SAP, PowerBI and MicroStrategy is a plus.
Requisite Education and Experience
University degree or above.
Member of an internationally recognized professional accounting body preferred.
At least 10 years of broad-based finance experience with progressive responsibility in industry leading companies (Retail/FMCG).
