The Asia Pacific (APAC) Brands function is responsible for ensuring that Hilton\'s global brands are an attractive investment value proposition for owners in the APAC region and that they deliver experiences which attract, excite, and inspire guests in the APAC region. The broader APAC Brands team is also responsible for driving on-time opening of hotels across the region, promoting compliance with brand standards at hotels, and enabling franchisees to improve their performance. The Senior Manager, Full Service Brand Management - APAC will be an energetic and results-driven team member who is excited to apply both creative and analytical skills to grow Hilton\'s full service brands in the APAC, reporting to the Vice-President, Full Service Brand Management - APAC. Hilton\'s full service brands are Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton and Signia by Hilton. As a part of the Brand Management team, the Senior Manager will evolve and adapt Hilton\'s full service brands to the APAC region so we deliver immersive stay experiences encompassing all senses. We aspire to build full service brands that travelers eagerly seek out and rave about. Starting with the global positioning of each of our brands, you will adapt, deploy and activate branded experiences to guests and consumers which deliver on the brand positioning, brand promise and value proposition that each of our brands offer to guests and to owners. Partnering with Hilton\'s Design, F&B; teams and third-party agencies, you will ensure that our hotels come to life in a way that lives and breathes the desired brand positioning. You will also collaborate with Hilton Learning and third-party agencies to cultivate a culture and service approach where every Team Member embodies the spirit of our full service brands when interacting with guests. An eye for detail and a passion for authentic hospitality are key. A quick-thinking, practical approach is also crucial. The Senior Manager\'s scope of responsibility spans a broad geography from India to China to the South Pacific. As we evolve Hilton\'s full service brands, you should be able to quickly think through how our full service brands will work across multiple geographies and envision how the brand will be executed day-to-day. What will I be doing? As the Senior Manager, Full Service Brand Management - APAC, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Deploy the brand programming of our full service brands to the APAC region which reinforces each brand\'s positioning and intended branded guest experience
  • Develop brand implementation kits for brand programs\' activation with hotel teams as end users
  • Develop Team Member brand activation kit which complement Brand Personality (Service Culture) training for brand internal activation and for team members to live the brand
  • Develop Commercial and Communications kits to facilitate marketing, sales and communications teams in their role to drive on-brand marketing, branded messaging and deliver brand communications to consumers
  • Lead projects with cross-functional partners to develop the detailed plans, designs, processes, and guides to bring a particular area of the brand to life
  • Review hotel brand stories, interior design and F&B; concepts and provide rigorous feedback to improve alignment with our brands
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for brand standards / programs to ensure they drive guest experience and positive owner return
  • Identify and lead projects to drive brand awareness, preference and love for Hilton\'s full service brands
  • Maintain processes to keep internal teams up-to-date on brand performance on key performance indicators
  • Communicate our strategic direction succinctly to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders; build buy-in
  • Act as a visible spokesperson for the brand as needed, including attending brand meetings and delivering updates, and post-meeting debriefs for the entire team to take action
  • Manage projects, including developing short and long-term brand strategies, project plans, and clear timelines that support the brand\'s evolution in collaboration with your direct manager
  • Understand consumer and traveller trends in the APAC, especially among millennials and full service hotel guests

  • Aptitude in building positive relationships and collaborating with internal and external partners
  • A champion for change, willing to challenge the status quo
  • Great team spirit and the willingness to support others
  • Capable of handling multiple projects with little supervision
  • BA / BS / Bachelor\'s Degree
  • 5 to 7 years of related experience
  • 20% travel

  • 7+ years of related experience
