Are you an experienced global trade professional with a technical background and strong knowledge of export control regulations? We're hiring a Senior Manager to lead trade compliance operations across the APAC region for a leading aerospace and advanced manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee local implementation of global trade policies and compliance procedures Manage export classifications (HS/HTS/HSN), and ensure adherence to ITAR, EAR, and Singapore Strategic Goods Control regulations Lead classification strategy and maintain accuracy and consistency across trade operations Act as the compliance authority on site, with the ability to stop or hold non-compliant shipments Deliver global trade training programs, support audits, and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive alignment

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (mandatory) Minimum 5 years in a global trade compliance leadership role Experience in export classification and licensing processes Certification as a Strategic Goods Control Officer is preferred Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environment
