• As a key member of the Client Services team, you will manage a team of technical specialists to design, manage and support the Workplace Technology and End User Computing environment.
• Champion innovation with the use of collaboration technology in CapitaLand\xe2\x80\x99s business for end users with focus on AI and user-enablement technologies.
• Ensure the compliance of EUC technology and processes to CapitaLand\xe2\x80\x99s IT policies and standards.
• Drive the adoption of new technology platforms, advocating for these ideas and business technologies to senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Plan and forecast end user technology over the medium and long term, establishing budget forecasts and investment plans.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Define, manage, and deliver significant technology projects.
• Possess a passionate and forward-looking mindset with a tenacity to improve CapitaLand\xe2\x80\x99s End User Technology services, anticipating changing business requirements and emerging trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or Information Technology-related course.
• At least 10 years\' of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• In-depth technical experience in supporting Microsoft M365, particularly, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Email authentication protocol (SPF/DKIM/DMARC). Knowledge in Crestron and CISCO AV technologies will be an added advantage.
• Acquainted with MS Entra IAM, Modern authentication, SSO and MFA.
• Familiarity in End Point Management with Workspace One MDM, coupled with solid experience in Windows 10/11, mobile device enrollment, and security policy management.
• Experience in driving the adoption of technology in a global scale.
• Excellent project management, analytical and organisation skill.
• Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in collaboration technologies and security will be an added advantage.
