Spearhead the talent acquisition and recruitment function.
Provide guidance & mentorship to the departments of HR (Operations, Welfare, Talent Acquisition).
To identify and plan the development of critical talents amongst the team members to develop strong bench strength.
Collaborate to develop & implement Talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talents within the organization and to further position REC as an employer of choice.
Collaborate and develop yearly key HR activities for the organization in areas of welfare and HR career fairs, Internship and partnership with schools.
HR KPIs
To translate HR key performance indicators into executional tasks and systematically deliver and manage the progress of the KPIs with the HR members & key stakeholders within the organization.
To support the execution of HR key initiatives (e.g : employee survey) and projects as required.
HR Compliance
Maintain compliance towards Employment laws and REC required regulatory to fulfil the required organization audits (ISO, HSE, CSR and other external audits as required).
HR Leadership
Provide guidance and create opportunities to the employees in REC to uphold the values, mission and vision of REC.
Employee Engagement
Foster a positive work relationship within the departments of organization to bring about increased employee engagement to support the values and mission of REC. This increased engagement is expected to bring about closer collaboration and bonding within all departments in the organization that could in turn increase the dynamism in positioning REC to be a excellent manufacturing & innovative hub for the solar business.
To actively engage 3rd parties such as the Union, e2i, and other service providers to maintain and support REC in her business needs for current and future requirements.
Employee Discipline
To facilitate the discipline & grievance process, investigations relating to work injury & discipline as required.
Others
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Degree from a Recognized University (Science or equivalent).
Minimum of 15 years of HR experience.
Proven hands-on Experience as a Generalist role in HR and leading a team of HR employees.
Knowledge in Lean manufacturing concepts is advantageous.
Familiar with Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong presentation skills.
Additional IT tools knowledge will be advantageous.
Ability to engage with different levels in the organization.
Strong Interpersonal and people managing skills.
Possess good command in both spoken and written English.
Committed and proactive working attitude.
Strong passion for continuous improvement.
Self-driven individual with hands-on ability to work in fast paced environment.
