To align business objectives with employees and line managers in assigned corporate functional units. The incumbent serves as a consultant to the line managers on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and line managers, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to line managers and employees that reflect and support objectives of the organization.
