ResponsibilitiesLead the business intelligence function within the Department, develop cluster-wide manpower planning strategies and parameters, and oversee the implementation of HR Analytics, manpower strategies, and plans . Create a unified process for budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and cross-charging across the cluster.Work with various specialties across job groups to design, define, and execute both short-term and long-term manpower plans. Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and requirements, and develop and implement suitable manpower models, including predictive analytics and scenario simulations.Analyze and benchmark manpower planning needs, assess productivity and sustainability, and use data-driven insights to inform the development of effective HR initiatives aimed at achieving organizational goals. Manage daily operations related to HR reporting, dashboard creation, and data analytics using MyHR (SuccessFactors) for the Head Office, and Centralized Group, including regulatory reporting, data harmonization, and advanced report design.
  • Identify desired business insights; define, prioritize and align business analytics to key business deliverables.
  • Lead and harmonies the manpower planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting process across all the Institutions. Monitor and implement the Manpower Planning and Budgeting systems.
  • Collaborate with Institutions to define staffing norms by using modelling to determine the manpower and advise on optimal staffing requirements.
  • Use advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Machine Learning etc) for data collection and ensure integration with streamlined data flow to provide manpower insights to management to make informed decision.
  • Ensure that manpower requisitions and staff movements are in accordance with the approved manpower budgets.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/bi-annua/annual manpower reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Group Finance and Institutions to consolidate the Institutions\' manpower budget, manpower planning parameters and staffing level.
  • Explore and implement manpower planning budget and intercompany billing systems to streamline processes.
Requirements
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in manpower planning analytics and modelling with strong ability to summaries, visualize, and present data for decision making.
  • Proven experience in manpower analytics, benchmarking, trending, and statistical reporting, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Good understanding of HR systems (especially SuccessFactors) and business intelligence databases.
  • Possess analytical skills for reviewing, analyzing data and information, and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Experience in developing and utilizing predictive analytics and statistical modelling will be an added advantage.
  • Skills in support tools (Power BI, Tableau, macro excel) and knowledge of database management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with capability to effectively communicate findings and insights to multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in leading and managing a team.
  • Project management skills with the ability to lead and see through projects.
  • Minimum of a good bachelor\'s degree, with expertise in data analysis, statistics, programming (python, machine learning and domain knowledge to extract insights and knowledge from data.
