Oversee the People Services team to provide consistent, accurate, and timely support to all institutions. This includes managing work passes, licensing for specific job groups, and HR contact channels to address employee queries and requests.
Lead the office responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving programs that enhance services and quality standards.
Ensure that services comply with institution\'s policies and Singapore\'s legal requirements.
Maintain and review GSS service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), making adjustments as necessary.
Evalpose, designuate, pro, and implement process improvements and system enhancements to optimize GSS work quality. This may extend beyond immediate responsibilities and require influencing multiple stakeholders to adopt recommended solutions.
Oversee team performance, competencies, and morale, coaching members to enhance service delivery and independently resolve complex issues.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource or Business-related qualification.
At least 12 years of HR experience of which 8 years are HR Operations experience and with in-depth knowledge of Singapore work pass statutory requirement
