Role and Responsibilities:

Partner the Business Leader to translate business agendas/ objectives into HR strategic roadmap to enable business success Provide advisory and coaching to line managers and employees on all people related agenda Lead the design and execution of key people initiatives including organization effectiveness, capability building, critical workforce planning and succession planning Work closely with management and employees to build a high performing culture and positive employee experience Analyze people trends and metrics to uncover insights to support growth and retention Resolve both transactional and complex employee relations issues and addresses grievances, if any


Requirements

Degree in Business or Human Resource Management. Additional HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous. At least 10 years of relevant experience. Proven experience as a senior HR leader or similar role in a fast-growth environment will be an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong influencing and negotiation skills Strong problem-solving skills Good knowledge of labor legislations and HR best practices Is a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment
