What the role is:As a Senior Manager focusing on transformative initiatives within MOH Internal Audit team, you will play a pivotal role in driving change and innovation. You will lead and support transformative initiatives, champion the adoption of AI and digital technologies to streamline existing IA process and improve productivity and foster collaboration across IA units in the statutory boards across the MOH - Ministry Family. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires the ability to balance multiple priorities and manage stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:Key responsibilities include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Transformative Initiatives: Lead and support IA transformative initiatives within MOH Internal Audit team, identifying opportunities for innovation and driving changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Digitalisation and AI Adoption: Champion the digital transformation agenda, leveraging on AI and advanced technologies to streamline existing IA processes, automate repetitive tasks and enhance overall efficiency of IA operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inter-Agency Collaboration: Facilitate and support the Group Chief Internal Auditor in the implementation of IA initiatives for MOH Ministry Family Cluster to achieve WOG Deliverables and KPI on IA transformation over the three key areas: a) Risk Management and Governance b) Harmonisation of Audit Processes c) Workforce Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for IA transformation, aligning to the overall goals and objective of MOH IA Unit and MOH Ministry Family Cluster. \xe2\x80\xa2 Change Management: Act as a catalyst of change, promoting a proactive approach to change management and ensuring smooth transitions during the implementation of these transformative initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, build partnerships and drive consensus on IA transformative initiatives and inter-agency collaboration. Ideal candidate should also possess the following key competencies: \xe2\x80\xa2 Thinking Clearly & Making Sound Judgements - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to support the crafting of sound policy recommendations; ability to grasp timelines, operating context and ground realities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning & Putting Skills into Action - Possesses the drive and curiosity to learn and apply new skills, knowledge and new ways of working. \xe2\x80\xa2 Improving & Innovating - Ability to seek continual improvements, and to innovate and experiment while managing the risks involved. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working Effectively with Stakeholders - Ability to mobilise and rally partners and stakeholders towards a collective purpose.What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary education in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Information Management), or related discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5- 8 years of working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in leading transformative initiatives, including adoption of AI/ Digital technologies while fostering a culture of change within a complex organisational environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of IA principles, methodologies, and best practices, preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and adaptable mindset with strong commitment to being an agent of change and driving impactful transformative initiatives. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
