As Moloco continues to expand globally, we're seeking a Senior Manager, International Accounting with strong IFRS expertise to support our multi-entity operations. This role will oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for Moloco's international entities and will be pivotal in ensuring local compliance, managing statutory audits, and partnering across functions including Legal, Tax, and FP&A.
The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for international entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local accounting standards including IFRS.
• Prepare and review financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP, coordinating with the US accounting team for alignment with US GAAP.
• Manage statutory audits for international subsidiaries, ensuring timely completion and clean audit outcomes.
• Partner with external auditors and advisors to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across international entities, including revenue recognition, expenses, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency revaluations.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting (SOX readiness where applicable).
• Streamline accounting processes and implement scalable systems to support Moloco's international operations, reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and People teams to ensure consistent financial practices and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Support new entity setups, local tax filings, and compliance with country-specific accounting requirements.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right for Me?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification required.

• Experience:

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in an international or regional accounting management role
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and experience preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements
• Familiarity with US GAAP and reconciling IFRS-to-GAAP differences preferred
• Experience with accounting systems such as Netsuite, Navan, and Zip
• Exposure to multi-entity consolidations and transfer pricing

• Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Strong Excel skills
• Proven ability to manage multi-currency consolidations and complex intercompany transactions

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across regions and time zones
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment
• Fluency in an additional language (Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin) is a plus
