:

Key Roles and Responsibilities: * Achieve the budget enrolment and revenue set for the International Markets allocated

• Lead and manage in-country representatives in the day-to-day sales and operations
• Track, monitor and report enrolment progress of the International Markets allocated
• Work with the Director/Senior Director in devising the Sales and Marketing strategies and direction for the International Markets allocated
• Develop and manage quality student recruitment agents to generate target enrolment/revenue in identified markets
• Oversee University Programs allocated and ensure the program(s) commences with the required minimum number of students
• Agent Management

• Ensure compliance of all EduTrust requirements
• Conduct agent training on a regular basis and ensure agents operate in accordance to KHEA Agent Training Manual and Code of Conducts
• Oversee the evaluation on agent performance, providing remedial measures as necessary

Requirements: * At least 3 years of experience in PEI Education industry

• Familiar with Edutrust (Criterion 3) and Agent Management System
• Possess experience in managing recruitment agents based in South East Asia markets
• Experience in managing a team

Qualifications: * Minimally a local diploma in any field of study

Other Information:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm

Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)

Location: Singapore (Central Area \xe2\x80\x93 Dhoby Ghaut MRT/Little India MRT/Rochor MRT)
