What the role is:Family Life Group (FLG) strengthen and support families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes and publicity efforts. The Services Division oversees a range of services designed to build and support families at different life stages. We believe that strong families form the core of a strong society. The Baby Bonus and Leave Branch administers the Baby Bonus Scheme and the Government-Paid Leave Schemes, which are key initiatives to support Marriage and Parenthood. We are looking for individuals who are keen to contribute to MSF\'s mission of fostering strong and happy families to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity to contribute your skills in investigation, and enforcement of the conditions governing the Baby Bonus Scheme and Government-Paid Leave Schemes.What you will be working on:a) Develop and review enforcement frameworks / strategies to ensure effective checks on areas of concerns b) Handle cases identified through data analytics and whistle-blowers\' feedback c) Conduct inquiries and field visits for investigation purposes d) Review inquiry findings and ensure follow up actions are completed e) Prepare final investigation report and collaborate with other enforcement agencies as necessary to determine the enforcement actions to be takenWhat we are looking for:a) Tertiary qualification in any field of study b) Minimum six years of experience in investigation c) Minimum three years in an investigation-related supervisory role d) Familiar with the prosecution system of justice in Singapore e) Able to work well with ambiguity and setting up new processes f) Be able to write clearly, concisely and logically g) Good analytical skills h) Motivated, independent and able to work effectively with others in a team environment i) Have the passion for investigation work.About Ministry Of Social And Family Development:\xe2\x80\x9cWe are Professionals with Passion for People\xe2\x80\x9d The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) develops the \xe2\x80\x9cheartware\xe2\x80\x9d for Singapore through our policies, community infrastructure, programmes and services.
