Job Description
Reporting to the Director (IT Audit) of the Office of Internal Audit (OIA), the incumbent works closely with a team of auditors and is responsible for conducting audit assignments covering a diverse range of IT processes and controls.Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT audit experience in an international accounting firm and/or internal audit function for large organizations.
- Demonstrates the ability to adopt a risk-based audit methodology to identify IT risks, design appropriate tests of controls using data analytics where possible and recommend effective solutions to mitigate control gaps.
- Broad understanding of IT risks across domain areas such as application development, infrastructure resiliency, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, IT operations, ERP systems and emerging technologies such as AI/ML.
- Maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the university.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a dynamic team to complete audit projects with quality and on time.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, teamwork, communication and report writing skills.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
