OverviewMy client is seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Product Governance Senior Manager, specializing in IT products. This critical role plays a vital part in ensuring our IT product development lifecycle adheres to best practices, regulations, and organizational goals. You will be responsible for overseeing the governance framework, reporting processes, and metrics specifically for our IT products, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust product governance framework specifically for IT products, including policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, compliance with regulations, and effective IT product management practices.
• Design and implement a comprehensive reporting system with key performance indicators (KPIs) tailored to track the performance, health, and identify areas for improvement of our IT products.
• Collaborate closely with IT product managers, engineers, and data analysts to define relevant KPIs and establish clear reporting mechanisms for IT products.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of IT products to evaluate performance against established metrics, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to internal standards and external regulations specific to IT products.
• Provide leadership and guidance to IT product management teams on governance best practices, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the IT product development lifecycle.
• Serve as a central point of contact for IT product governance, collaborating effectively with IT product managers, executives, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting IT product governance, incorporating relevant insights into processes and strategies specific to IT products.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in IT product management, IT governance, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of IT product management principles and methodologies, with a strong focus on governance frameworks.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing reporting processes and metrics to track the performance of IT products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in a regulated industry (a plus).
• Familiarity with IT product management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is desirable.
