What the role is:
As a Senior Manager/ Lead Manager, Systems and Projects in the Finance and Procurement Division, you will be working on the maintenance and enhancement of MOE's financial systems and provide support on finance-related matters.
What you will be working on:

• Provide support for enhancement and maintenance of systems, including system and security administration, as well as liaison with external agencies and service providers o Gather and analyse system requirements from stakeholders and ensure that the vendor's system enhancements meet the requirements of the HQ and school users o Review user acceptance test plans and scenarios based on business requirements and coordinate user acceptance testing activities with stakeholders o Support the branch in carrying out finance-related functions

What we are looking for:

• Relevant training in the areas of IT and system development life cycle with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, including project management o Knowledge in managing and supporting finance-related application would be an advantage o An analytical and effective team player with a service-oriented mindset and an eye for detail o Good communication and interpersonal skills As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
