Role Summary

• Leadership role within the organization to identify, define and execute growth opportunities within the business unit with full end to end P&L responsibilities. The Senior Manager (Liquor & Food) will be accountable for delivering the business objectives and overseeing the day-to-day operations.
• The role uniquely offers the Senior Manager (Liquor & Food) with responsibilities for both the travel retail and e-commerce channels and a sound knowledge of both distinct channels will be advantgeous.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans considering the organization\'s positioning and ecosystem, category trends and individual market specificities and communicating this to the broader team.
• Management of a team who perform the category management including the product sourcing and management, demand planning, stock health and promotional and marketing functions.
• Create and management of the business unit budgets including revenue and cost management and resource planning.
• Establish key and strategic partnerships and business relationships to drive business success.
• Collaborate with core cross functional teams.
• Work within the organizations other business units, the SIA Group, and external partners.
• Establish procedures and processes to support business reporting and reviews.
• Participate in management initiative projects with inputs and recommendations.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business / Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience within the E-Commerce / E-Marketplace industries.
• Prior experience in handling Liquor / Food product portfolios and suppliers will be advantageous.
• Proven track record of handling full P&L responsibilities (

12 million). * Deep knowledge and understanding of the premium Liquor and Food Category and their management.

• Knowledge of Liquor importation including supply chain, logistics and regulatory requirements.
• Comfortable in working independently as well as working in a team.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
