Job Scope

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and value-added services Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfilment, inventory transactions, and material handling Monitor KPIs and service levels to drive performance and meet customer expectations Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity Develop and execute short and long-term operational strategies to support business objectives Lead resource and capacity planning to optimise workforce and equipment utilisation Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities through process improvements and automation Support business continuity planning, risk mitigation, and operational scalability Serve as a key liaison between operations and other functions such as supply chain, planning, customer service, IT, and finance Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address operational issues, improve service delivery, and support business initiatives Partner with external vendors, logistics providers, and clients to manage expectations and ensure smooth coordination

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in an Executive or Managerial role Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and hands-on experience with EDI/API setup with clients Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions under pressure Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
