We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Senior Manager, Industry - Loyalty & Rewards - Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) to join our fast-growing regional headquarters based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur as a regional individual contributor. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Industry vertical, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) team; you'll help to provide integrated loyalty and rewards partnerships that adds value to our consumer long term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish regional (APAC) relationships to acquire loyalty partners as well working on retention partnerships
• Maintain the rewards partnerships that provide our members with value adding experiences
• Ensuring that the existing partnerships are realized, well planned and have a strategic view in tactical annual planning
• Program management, contracting and execution
• Work with the other strategic partnership teams to identify new opportunities as well as to build operating priorities and partnership strategies

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA preferred but not required
• 5-7 years of experience in Loyalty or Rewards partnerships role with a market leading loyalty program
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
• Stakeholder management (Internal and external) is critical to be successful in this role
