The Registry of Co-operative Societies (RCS) regulate co-operative societies (co-ops) with the key objective of protecting members\' interests.What you will be working on:As Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the RCS and partner key stakeholders to drive organisational shifts that MCCY and our agencies need to make to be future-ready. You will coordinate and manage RCS\' efforts to develop an online submissions portal for co-ops, as well as work with various stakeholders to monitor and evaluate the performance of these system enhancements. Your work may include, but are not limited to: - Identify and further streamline and digitalise RCS\' work processes, including data analytics capabilities. - Coordinate and implement system enhancements for the online submissions portal for co-ops. - Monitor and report on project progress including key milestones and budget utilisation. - Work with stakeholders to identify and coordinate system enhancements to ensure coherence and alignment to strategic outcomes. - Gain exposure to basic regulatory work by developing an understanding of the regulatory requirements and business needs.What we are looking for:

• Proactive, willing to learn, meticulous and able to work independently and as a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 A collaborator with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resourceful and able to deliver under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Has prior experience in digitalisation and data analytics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably minimum 3 years of work experience in project management and driving organisational excellence and change. \xe2\x80\xa2 A good understanding of the Singapore regulatory framework will be helpful.
