Job Description

What the role is:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in the outdoors and with people. You will be part of the team based at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.
What you will be working on:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing nature conservation and park management strategies. You will be key in planning, conducting and overseeing of conservation, park development and maintenance programmes as well as carrying out enforcement operations. In addition to the job responsibilities mentioned above, you will also be involved in community engagement and outreach programming and activities.
What we are looking for:
- Areas of study in Environmental Management, Life Science, Geography, Horticulture, Zoology, or related discipline is preferred.
- Advantageous to have basic animal and plant identification skills
- Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills
- An organized, creative and resourceful team player who is able to work independently
- Enjoy working in an outdoor environment and has a keen interest in nature conservation
- Preferably possess a Class 3 driving licence
