Senior Manager / Manager (estate Management)
Job Description
:
As the Senior Manager / Manager (Estate Management), you will be responsible for the management, maintenance and rectification of architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems within the indoor and outdoor gardens. You will also be expected to provide support to horticulture-related projects, engineering projects, and events within the Gardens in terms of procurement, technical and logistics support. This would include working with our in-house events team, term contractors and coordinating with clients on the handling/taking over of events premises.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Building Facilities/Building Management or Civil Engineering/Geotech Engineering from a recognized University
- 5 years of relevant Facilities Management experience
- Experience working in similar attraction or leisure/recreational institutions will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Civil Engineering/Geotech Engineering and building maintenance and rectification works
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and control systems would be an added advantage
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Must be a willing hands-on, service-oriented team player with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and after-office hours if required
