What the role is:
The Healthcare Reserve Force (HRF) is a volunteer force which will support MOH's disease outbreak response operations, with the flexibility to reinforce operations for other emergencies. Under HRF, the volunteers will be trained for and involved in non-clinical, and non-front facing roles to support MOH operational teams responding to disease outbreaks. Candidate selected for the role will be responsible: 1. for the development of reinforcement strategies to enhance organisational capacity and resilience. 2. for the development and execution of strategic plans for reinforcement management, aligning initiatives with organisational goals. 3. in assessing current organisational capacity and identifying areas for augmentation during a crisis. It also includes the development of a HRF and reinforcement build-up plan that seeks to identify potential sources and pipelines to ensure a continuous source of volunteers. You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What you will be working on:
1. Develop and implement a HRF build-up plan and training schedule 2. Develop and implement reinforcement plan with appropriate activation sequences 3. Develop and implement a mobilisation plan for call up in times of crises 4. Develop and execute programmes to ensure HRF volunteers are suitably engaged 5. Closely liaise with agencies for activation of HRF 6. Oversee the Operations deployment of HRF
