We are looking for a driven and resourceful HR Business Partner to support various business units to raise, train and sustain talent, ensuring that they are aligned with the organisational goals and talent strategy.What you will be working on:The successful job holder will be responsible for the following (but not limited to): \xe2\x80\xa2Partner business units through a proactive and consultative approach in various strategic human resource areas such as recruitment and retention, performance management, staff management, industrial relations and exit management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as change agent by developing and communicating organisational strategy with business units and/or employees, where required. \xe2\x80\xa2Support employees through employee life cycle from onboarding to off-boarding. \xe2\x80\xa2Implement relevant HR strategies to support and drive business needs and performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiate reviews on existing HR processes for continuous improvement and relevancy. \xe2\x80\xa2Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and employment legislations. \xe2\x80\xa2Compile and analyse manpower statistics for reporting and surveys \xe2\x80\xa2Work closely with HR Shared Services and other stakeholders to provide solutions for business, identify HR software needs, proposing and implementing new automation tools and software solutions, performing regular system checks and data cleaning, maintain workflow documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides. \xe2\x80\xa2Update employee files, manage user access, and maintain the integrity of all employee data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the onboarding of new employees by creating new user accounts, organising technical workshops, distributing user manuals, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2Conduct regular audits of HR data to avoid discrepancies and inaccuracies and propose effective solutions to avoid the same problems. \xe2\x80\xa2Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.What we are looking for:Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resource or a related discipline \xe2\x80\xa2Candidates with relevant HR experience preferred \xe2\x80\xa2Strong knowledge of Singapore\'s employment laws and guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2Proficiency in HR software such as SAP \xe2\x80\xa2Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2Familiarity with recruitment operations, especially with social and digital platforms, is an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2Knowledge of and experience with best practices in the management of scientific and engineering talent is an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2Comfortable with interacting with people at all levels, and able to deliver great service to business leaders.About Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX):HTX is the world\'s first Science and Technology agency that integrates a diverse range of scientific and engineering capabilities to innovate and deliver transformative and operationally-ready solutions for homeland security.
