Contribute to the design and implantation of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs and reward policies that are aligned with the company\'s business objectives for all staff levels
Ensure that compensation and benefits policies are adhered to
Implement analysis of legislative, market and actuarial trends and projections
Participate in compensation and benefit surveys to ensure market transparency and positioning of remuneration packages according to the HR Strategy
Supervise job analysis and evaluation, analysis of C&B surveys, preparation of C&B proposals and budgets
Contribute to the design of C&B related business intelligence, taking business strategies into account
Handle and resolve difficult C&B issues
Provide consulting on C&B matters (e.g. interpret policy) and analysis for Managers and HODs
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations
Manage vendor / service relationship and service level agreements with specific business unit/ partner for range of HR services
Responsible for all HRIS systems enhancement and architecture design review and improvements
Support Head of HR in annual budgeting process
Overall in charge of HR policies documentation and regular review to ensure relevancy
Influence business managers and peers regarding policies, practices and procedures
Develop strong, trusting relationships with Managers/HODs
Collaborate and coordinate with external service providers
Advise key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools
