[What the role is]
As a manager in the Land Resource Management and Funding Governance section, you will represent CAAS in its capacity as the owner and landlord for all land and buildings in Changi and Seletar airports. You will manage all land resource management processes like land alienation/subleasing/subletting, renewal of tenancies and temporary occupation licences with the relevant government agencies such as SLA, URA, LTA, Nparks, MHA, MINDEF, as well as the airport operator to ensure the land plots are made available timely to support airport development works and airport operations.
[What you will be working on]
You will be involved in the negotiation on the land lease terms and conditions, execution of leases, as well as endorsing/approving development plans for new airport construction as well as addition and alteration works. You will also be involved in assessing, reviewing and implementing policies for land ownership and leases.
You will be involved in seeking the necessary funding approvals from the ministries for land and land-related expenditures. You will also manage the funding governance framework to ensure proper oversight of use of government funds for airport development projects, through finalising the various funding agreements to be signed between CAAS and the airport operator.
[What we are looking for]
\xe2\x88\x92 Training in Real Estate, Estate Management, Economics or Business.
\xe2\x88\x92 At least 4 years of relevant experience.
\xe2\x88\x92 Self-motivated, driven, resourceful, analytical, ability to multi-task and a good team player
\xe2\x88\x92 Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
Note: Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
