We are currently representing a leading global data-center provider with a strong presence in major business markets across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The company offers a comprehensive suite of high-quality, scalable, and flexible data-center solutions, connectivity, and support services tailored to meet its customers\' evolving needs. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Manager to join the team\'s Engineering Team in Singapore. As a key member of the team, the candidate will oversee mechanical engineering and commissioning activities for new, expansion, or upgrade/renewal data-center projects across the Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia regions. - Provide mechanical subject matter expertise for regional data center projects
- Review and recommend good engineering design and workflow practices
- Promote green data center initiatives and reduce carbon footprint
- Assess commissionability and concurrent maintainability of designs
- Lead commissioning activities and owner witnessing globally
- Support risk assessment, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery procedures
- Lead the Owner\'s Engineering Team on large or complex projects
- Develop personnel within engineering specialization areas
- Review work performed by others in area of specializationKey Requirements
- Master\'s/Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Senior Manager: >10 years of experience in mission-critical environments
- Manager: 5-8 years of experience in mission-critical environments
- Project management qualification or training (advantageous)
- Professional specialist in MEP systems with knowledge of BCA GreenMark/LEED guidelines
- Familiarity with Singapore CP, ASHRAE, TIA 942, and Uptime Institute (preferred)
- Commissioning experience in mission-critical facilities
- Strong written and communication skills, with multiple regional language skills (advantageous)
