Job Description

What the role is:You will be required to formulate, implement and review policies and initiatives to raise the professionalism of the real estate agency industry and safeguard consumers\' interest. You will work closely with internal and industry stakeholders such as industry associations, property agencies, property portals, and other government agencies.What you will be working on:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning and facilitating engagement with industry stakeholders to enable CEA\'s work such as feedback for policy reviews, and support for CEA\'s policies/initiatives; \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with other government agencies and vendors on industry development and digitalisation initiatives (e.g. systems development); \xe2\x80\xa2 Carrying out data analysis and trend assessment to inform evidence-based policy formulation; \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertaking and/or supporting reviews of legislation and guidelines; \xe2\x80\xa2 Working on think-pieces and research with internal and external stakeholders; \xe2\x80\xa2 Carrying out secretariat and any other duties assigned to support the achievement of CEA\'s corporate objectives.What we are looking for:

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, and can demonstrate effectiveness in engaging and cultivating multiple stakeholders and interests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong writing, analytical and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work effectively independently and in teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in policy and industry development, and data analysis will be an advantage.
