[What the role is]
You are part of the hospitality team at the National Museum and its sister museums Changi Chapel and Museum, and Reflections at Bukit Chandu, that ensures our visitors enjoy their time at the museums and leave with a positive and lasting impression. You are data-driven yet in touch with consumer behaviour and have a flair for pricing and designing ticket promotions to drive both Singaporean/resident and tourist admissions for the museums. You will handle admission pricing, manage and work with both locally- and overseas-based online travel agents (OTAs) or avenues, work closely with the front-of-house teams to set up ticketing and revenue collection processes, and also provide visitor profile and admission reports and analytics. You are a team player who has a keen interest in the museum and heritage sector and would like to contribute to this vibrant and growing industry.[What you will be working on]
