The HR Training & Learning (T&L) team, together with the Organisational Development & Culture (OD & C) team, aims to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, excellence and self-development in HTX. Reporting to Head (T&L), the job holder will be part of the team that drives and implements various learning and development initiatives to build and strengthen HTX officers\' core competencies.What you will be working on:What will you be working on: \xe2\x80\xa2Design and develop learning roadmaps for Core Competencies and Functional Competencies. \xe2\x80\xa2Manage suite of training programmes under the learning roadmaps. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design, customize and implement in-house training programmes under the roadmaps. \xe2\x80\xa2Research, identify and implement learning technology solutions and trends to enhance learning activities for Core Competencies \xe2\x80\xa2Publicise and communicate roadmaps to Xponents.What we are looking for:Educational Qualifications -Tertiary qualifications. Experience -At least 4 years\' relevant experience in learning & development, especially in designing and developing training programmes. -Experience in the use of Articulate (or other equivalent e-learning software) will be a bonus. -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
