Identify and develop event marketing and communications campaigns for festivals/ events which encompass PR, digital paid media, above and below the line advertising, new social platforms, festival branding etc.
Develop powerful narratives and compelling content to promote the suite of festivals and programmes under the initiatives (e.g. media, materials, profile stories) to various target audiences, e.g media, public, partners etc.
Manage media relations and take the lead in handling media queries, drafting media materials and analysing media coverage.
Responsible in managing the creation of marketing collaterals and materials.
Develop content framework and promotional calendar including pre, during and post festivals/ events ensuring consistency of message across all communications.
Support and take charge of several social media accounts, curating the best in class content for fan growth and retention. Cultivate and nurture the fan base to grow a strong community, in turn maximising brand experience and engagement.
Conceptualise and craft social content that people love and connect with \xe2\x80\x93 sparking conversations, shares, likes and followers.
Experiment with new and existing content formats across stills, gifs, videos, contests, pools, livestreams etc.
Responsible for pre and post festivals/ events reports for each programme outlining feedback for general reporting, evaluation and review, establishing measurable tracking methods, identification and implementation of best practices in all aspects of festivals/events planning process, execution and review.
Gather and analyse market intelligence, including market trend and consumer behaviour.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Planning & Budgeting
Responsible in assembling of financial forecast and budget creation for the festivals/ events marketing.
Maintain close relationship with Finance team to coordinate the management of marketing budget for festivals/ events including tracking of expenses, purchase orders, etc

Qualification & Requirement
Education Degree in Marketing, Communications, New media or relevant field.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of Marketing and Communications, digital marketing, social media, and/or event marketing experience
Experienced creating and crafting content both in visual and written form.Expertise in community engagement, social customer care, and building reputations online
Experience working with and pitching to journalists from arts and culture, lifestyle, tech, business beats across media channels locally and internationally.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to engage a wide spectrum of external and internal stakeholders, including multi-agency and cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience on tools in social analytics, listening, publishing, graphic design and video editing.
Live and breathe social media \xe2\x80\x93 across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube.
People Management skills are essential.
Detail-oriented, highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience in managing crisis communications and developing communications strategies.
Excellent writing skills with a keen sense of creativity and aesthetics.
Technical knowledge of on-line event management tools.
