Job Responsibilities

?? Provide of technical support in the domain of Oil Country Tubular Goods(OCTG) and Line Pipe(LP) across Southeast Asia and Oceania;


?? Maintain and enhance product quality by offering technical support and conducting audit of companies involved in steel pipe threading within region;


?? Supervision of Oversee marketing activities by gathering and analyzing information on customers, competitors and reagional projects such as oil and gas, CCS/CCUS, Geothermal for instance.;


?? Stay up to date with technological advancement by acquring new knowledge and integrating operations related to other steel products.


?? Foster customer relationships by addressing complaints and building strong business connection to attract not only existing inmortant customers but also new customers; and


?? Streamlining the Optimize technical operations by promoting collaboration and facilitating information exchange among various teams in the office.

Job Duties

?? Visit customers (either in person or via web meeting), to identifypotential demand in future projects, promote our products, discuss a technical topic and enhance customer satisfaction.


?? Provide technical support to companies in the steel pipe threading shop in the region, based on a deep understanding of the manufacturing process for OCTG threading.


?? Visit manufacturing sites in OCTG threading shop, update related information and improve internal documentation such as production records and work instruction for improvement of OCTG threading quality.


?? Communicate with counterparts in Japan to report the market conditions, technical requirements, and evolvingdemand trends in Southeast Asian and Oceania.


?? To handle respond to customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain strong business relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

?? Minimum 10 years of work experience insteel pipe production for the Oil & Gas Industry, having sufficient knowledge to conduct audit for OCTG threading shop;


?? Solid understanding of OCTG and LP production and inspection, with at least 3 years of experience overseeing OCTG threading operation at a mill;


?? Experience in customer service, including direct handling of complaints.


?? Ability to communicate with mill's colleagues in Japan on technical matters, Japanese language proficiency is a strong advantage.


?? Strong communication skills, with the ability to work people from diverse backgrounds, including Japanese collegues.
