This role will be a critical position, partnering with the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy and Director of Marketing as we prepare to create magic at sea in Southeast Asia. You will be a crucial part of establishing the partnership engagement strategy for the successful introduction and sustainment of Disney Cruise Line\xe2\x80\x99s newest ship Disney Adventure to sail from Singapore beginning in 2025.

The Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing will create and lead strategic partnership integrations that will act as a key aspect of the go to market strategy. You will identify partners across the region that will add strategic brand value, reaching key audiences and augmenting paid media plans. This partnership will have mutually beneficial outcomes and drive consumer engagement and brand presence for Disney Cruise line as we introduce our newest ship to the Southeast Asia region. Promotional integration not limited to licensees, retailers, corporate alliances, airlines, and more that help support the brand story of Disney Cruise line introductions and presence in the region. You will evaluate and manage requests from partners that have potential for strong programs with the overall Disney Cruise line marketing campaigns. You will integrate across Marketing & Sales as well as within the communications plans to optimize impact as well as drive mutually beneficial outcomes to partners.

The Senior Manager must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and capable of leading multiple people and projects simultaneously.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and lead innovative, strategic, and impactful Partnership Marketing campaigns throughout Southeast Asia
- Singapore Tourism Board
- High profile tourism locations such as Changi Airport
- Retail partnerships in collaboration with Disney\'s Consumer Products, Games and Publishing (CPGP) businesses
- Airline engagement
- Banking & Credit Card Companies * Develop strategic relationships understanding key business drivers to find win win outcomes to collaborative campaigns
  • Identify how partnerships can add strategic value to the overall communication strategy for Disney Cruise line, targeting partnership activations to augment paid media and drive earned marketing value
  • Oversee communications with various TWDC business units as needed such as CPGP and Corporate Alliances, along with third-party partners, focusing on relationship management and collaboration addressing business goals and objectives
  • Must be able to pitch new ideas while executing existing programs
  • Develop and maintain campaign plans that communicate the strategy, target audience, KPIs, of Partnership Marketing opportunities across owned media and third-party channels
  • Clearly present plans to internal and external stakeholders including executives at the VP level and above
  • Oversee campaign execution with internal and external groups and agency partners while managing milestones, timelines, and budgets
  • Drive deal terms of partnerships ensuring expressed strategic and material value, partnering with legal to complete partnership agreements
  • Look to optimize partnership engagement across the marketing mix to amplify partner engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing peers to consider how and where ideas can build for greater impact
  • Produce campaign recaps for external and internal business unit partners; conduct post-campaign analysis (calculating metrics such as reach/impressions, conversion, and ROI) with an eye towards optimization and share best practices
  • Manage and mentor Manager and Associate Manager-level team members
  • Assist the Director and VP on ad hoc presentations, one-sheets, and communications
  • Monitor the landscape on an ongoing basis to identify trends and behaviors and inspire new and innovative opportunities
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of proven experience in omni-channel, partnership, marketing communications driving earned media value
  • Experience developing partnership engagement and creative marketing plans in Southeast Asia
  • Experience as a leader of direct reports
  • Keen understanding of the region
  • Significant experience in managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment reliant upon successful collaboration and integration of key stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus superior professionalism and attention to detail
  • Skilled at understanding performance metrics to assess & optimize programs
Required Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent
