This role will be a critical position, partnering with the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy and Director of Marketing as we prepare to create magic at sea in Southeast Asia. You will be a crucial part of establishing the partnership engagement strategy for the successful introduction and sustainment of Disney Cruise Line\xe2\x80\x99s newest ship Disney Adventure to sail from Singapore beginning in 2025.
The Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing will create and lead strategic partnership integrations that will act as a key aspect of the go to market strategy. You will identify partners across the region that will add strategic brand value, reaching key audiences and augmenting paid media plans. This partnership will have mutually beneficial outcomes and drive consumer engagement and brand presence for Disney Cruise line as we introduce our newest ship to the Southeast Asia region. Promotional integration not limited to licensees, retailers, corporate alliances, airlines, and more that help support the brand story of Disney Cruise line introductions and presence in the region. You will evaluate and manage requests from partners that have potential for strong programs with the overall Disney Cruise line marketing campaigns. You will integrate across Marketing & Sales as well as within the communications plans to optimize impact as well as drive mutually beneficial outcomes to partners.
The Senior Manager must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and capable of leading multiple people and projects simultaneously.
