Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, People Partner, to join our Singapore team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for unifying talent and providing a strong HR voice. You will also play a key role in helping us to achieve our overall goal of being the #1 most desired agency to work for in Singapore and ultimately, Asia Pacific.

Leading a small team, you will manage business partnering activities and work with team to develop programs covering multiple HR activities including driving attraction, retention, engagement, learning and development, DEI, Future of Work, performance management, L&D and culture initiatives. You will also drive best practices, change management initiatives, and continuously strive to improve processes to ensure alignment with business objectives, strategies, and internal/external trends.

As the ideal candidate, you will have solid people/talent/HR-related experience ideally gained within a service-based industry or similar. You will have first-class written and verbal communication skills as well as an advanced ability to creatively, proactively, and persuasively influence company culture. A deep understanding of applicable employment law in Singapore is required.
