Job Description
- Lead functions in operations, finance, human resources, corporate communication and stakeholder management, including strategic planning and foresighting
- Advise and support activities, such as grant calls, workshops, project design and management, and industry outreach
- Supervise and mentor staff in the programme office
- Support the Programme Director and Technical Programme Director in all activities
- Degree in Science and/or Engineering
- Experience in national programmes will be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Ability to multitask in a challenging environment with multiple stakeholders with minimal supervision
- Commitment to excellence with attention to details
- Ability to converse and write effectively
- Willing, adaptable and flexible to take on required/necessary tasks beyond the job description
- A self-starter and problem solver who can proactively address any situation
