We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Manager, Procurement. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust procurement strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will oversee all procurement functions, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services. Leading a team of procurement professionals, you will drive operational excellence, foster strong supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that drives business growth, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
• Establish and enforce procurement policies, best practices, and risk management strategies to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
• Lead supplier relationship management, including contract negotiations, performance evaluation, and strategic partnerships to optimize procurement outcomes.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier onboarding, requisition to payment, and inventory control for operational efficiency.
• Implement and manage procurement systems, technology, and analytics to track spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical procurement standards while championing corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) with relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) as a plus.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a proven track record in leadership and strategic sourcing.
• Strong expertise in procurement principles, supplier management, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Strong interest and desire to contribute to the community care sector
• Willing to take a hands-on approach to achieve results
