[What the role is]
Reporting to the Assistant Director (Product Management), this role manages the lifecycle of our product(s) based on demand and competitive market analysis, funding sources, product positioning, tactical activities to strategic planning.
This role will take a global look at organisational needs from a Digital Platform perspective, support key product development objectives that are aligned with the Libraries and Archives LAB25 Learning Marketplace role, analyse potential partner relationship, generate innovative ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive usage of products.
Throughout the phases of developing product and iterating new releases, this role can connect the dots during brainstorming sessions, and take pre-emptive actions to address potential issues across the lifecycle of developing product.
The ability to provide product visioning aligned to the goals of the Archives and Libraries Group (ALG) is critical to bring realisation of vision of serendipitous discovery of our Libraries and Archives. Inspiring staff along this creative productisation is one of the critical strengths needed for this role.
