Senior Manager, Head of Program Management

We are looking for an innovative, proactive, and service-oriented individual to lead and drive our digital service transformation and deliver the operation excellence of the related IT systems, to achieve the personalised, seamless and world class service & experience to our passengers and airport communities.

She/he will be overall responsible to perform strategic planning, user requirement gathering, technical assessment, project management, solution deployment and operation support of the enterprise IT solutions such as enterprise portal, web & mobile application, customer relationship management, digital maps & related way finding application development works.

The candidate shall be a team player and leader who possess strong interpersonal skills and rejoices in enabling others to succeed. She/he needs to have relentless desire to build her/his team and enable the team to excel in all endeavours through forward looking stewardship and unwavering integrity. She/he will also be responsible for managing vendor relationship by driving common vision and missions for our numerous outsource service industry partners and providing leadership to drive for common outcomes and stretched goals.

In terms of roles & responsibilities, she/he will * Strategize & develop Program Management master plan roadmap & deploy respective digital related programs as the Head of the Program Management.

  • Work closely with various airport stakeholders, both internal and external to develop the business cases and justify the needs for projects in terms of return in investment, service level agreement and customer services.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to deploy & sustain overall technical solutions and ensure system availability & ops excellence deliverables.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners/vendors and perform proper change management & ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance, security and operations requirements.
  • Work closely with respective vendors to provide necessary support & maintenance of the related digital content systems & ensure their compliance to the service level agreement & matrix. The candidate shall be cognizant with industry best practices and champion strategies and methodologies in system & agile management such as the IT Service Management (ITSM), Certification in IT Project Management (CITPM), Certified Scrum Product owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Pre-requisites: * An accredited degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
  • Have at least 8 years of working experience in the related technical domains and industry, and part of it should be in an end user environment preferably large corporations with customer fronting business critical IT systems.
  • Strong analytical, project management and communications skills, and self-motivated
  • Broad experience and understanding in enterprise IT solutions such as enterprise portal, e-services, mobile services, customer relationship management, digital maps & way finding related applications.
  • Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively describe and demonstrate proposed solutions to internal and external parties.
  • Obtained the relevant industry certifications such as ITSM / CITPM / CPSO / CSM will be preferred. Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility, good at discovering and solving complicated problems in the project.
  • Process software development, deployment, support, maintenance related experience & skillsets for portal, web & mobile application (i.e., Java, JavaScript, python, React Native, Note JS\xe2\x80\xa6etc) will be an added advantage.
