Here we offer you an exciting and dynamic work environment and will equip you with the know-how that will stretch and enhance your career journey.Role Summary: To keep pace with its expanding global real estate portfolio, an established investment firm with permanent capital is seeking an asset management professional to join as Senior Manager.Responsibilities:Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, you will be part of a nimble, reputable and highly experienced Singapore-based team. This is a senior individual-contributor role covering the full spectrum asset management of a portfolio of prime commercial properties located in global gateway cities, working in tandem with local partners :-

• Develop and implement annual business plans, asset strategy and budgets
• Study, propose and implement capex projects and asset enhancement initiatives (AEI)
• Active commercial and technical asset management of assets to optimize income and value
• Prepare quarterly reports to analyse and monitor asset and financial performance of the individual assets and portfolio
• Provide support to the investment team during acquisitions

Requirements:The candidate should have :-

• Degree from a reputable university
• At least 10 years of directly relevant industry experience preferably at a real estate investment manager or real estate operator (e.g. developer, REIT)
• Strong ESG credentials and track record of undertaking various ESG-driven AEI
• The following will be seen as an advantage :-
• Real estate experience related to Europe
• Professional qualification like MRICS, M.Arch, CPA
• Ability to speak German
• Proficiency in ARGUS
