Your new role
As the Senior Manager - Regional Real World Evidence (RWE) for APAC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Novo Nordisk's evidence generation strategy across the region. This position leverages real-world data and insights to improve patient outcomes, inform decision-making, and support access to innovative therapies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and affiliates to enhance RWE capabilities, lead impactful studies, and foster innovation in evidence generation, you will also be responsible for:

• Develop and adapt the APAC Real-World Evidence (RWE) strategy to align with global priorities and therapeutic area needs, ensuring effective integration into regional evidence plans.
• Elevate RWE capabilities across affiliates by developing comprehensive frameworks, methodologies, and advanced digital tools.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify and prioritize evidence needs through structured integrated evidence planning processes.
• Provide essential scientific and methodological expertise for the design, execution, and interpretation of RWE studies to maintain rigorous standards and ensure compliance.
• Drive best practice sharing and knowledge management initiatives to enhance RWE awareness and adoption across the APAC region.
• Foster strong engagement with both internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory) and external parties (experts, policymakers, payers) to advance RWE goals.
• Champion RWE innovation by scouting new technologies and methodologies and ensure effective communication and dissemination of RWE insights through internal updates and external publications.

As the Senior Manager - Regional Real World Evidence (RWE) for APAC, you will be part of APAC Medical affairs regional team and will operate within a dynamic and collaborative environment, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and affiliates throughout the region. Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Regional Real World Evidence (RWE) with the following qualifications:

• Medical Doctor, Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH, ScD) Or MSc with 4 years in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of RWE methodologies, study design, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SAS, Python).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real World Evidence (RWE), preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Relationship building with affiliates and an appreciation for different cultures and healthcare systems in the region.
• Experience in predictive analytics, health services research, and using statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Python, SPSS, and/or Stata), or database query (SQL). Have strong business acumen.
