The company:
A Singapore-based real estate group spanning across several real estate classes including retail and residential. They are looking for a Senior/ Manager, Secretariat.
Job description:
- Manage corporate secretarial portfolios and facilitate compliance with relevant laws
- Manage shareholders\xe2\x80\x99 and directors\xe2\x80\x99 meetings, involving preparation of meeting agenda, preparing meeting minutes, updating statutory records, and executing filings with ACRA and relevant authorities
- Manage and coordinate with external service providers on the provision of corporate secretarial services rendered by offshore companies
- Provide ad-hoc corporate secretarial advice to business units, Management and the Board
- Minimum 3 PQE in providing corporate secretarial support
- ICSA qualification preferred
- Experience with public listed entities, listing manual and relevant laws, and making SGX announcements strongly preferred
- Experience in real estate, private equity offerings, REITs and offshore entities strongly preferred
- Experience in independent management of corporate secretarial matters preferred
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed and effective team-player
- Organised and meticulous
