(Trading Business Origination)


Explore new structural trading opportunities to expand EASIA/ENAM('the companies') global trading business as a key trading profit center under ENEOS group. Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key industry players like producers, suppliers, distributors, and end-users to develop sustainably profitable trade flows in APAC region including the west coast of Americas. Identify niche premium markets in APAC region enable the companies maximize trade profitability within its supply & logistics capability. Evaluate potential business opportunities in the premium market either by partnership agreement or acquisition, and conduct preliminary discussion with the counterparty who operates the busienss. Liaise with internal relevant stakeholders to guarantee a proper engagement and smooth execution of the agreement or acquisition for new structual business development. Work closely with the respective trade desks for further extending or strengthening existing trading flow on adhoc requests basis.

(Advisory Tasks)


Suggest constructive idea to enhance global organization structure to maximize trade profitability while manging risks with proper segregation of duties between front and middle/back desks. Provide insight to enhance cross regional/slate work process under global book for accomplish respective books' goals as well as general interest of ENEOS group. Liaise with middle desk team for enhancing risk management methodology, and suggest possible system tools enhancement for timely monitoring and managing traders' PnL & risk exposure. Support and help the companies implement new initiatives in Front/Middle/Back desks to enhance respective functional activities for forther growth.


(Internal Control)


Take care of SHE(Safe, Health, Environment) issues, and internal control to keep all the compliance well satisfied without any violation. Keep strong business ethics, and strictly follow the company's policy including anti-trust, anti-corruption and anti-bribery.

Job Requirements

Over 30+ years of job experience in the value chain of international commercial and trading activities in the oil sector. At leaset 10 years work experience in Japanese enterprise. Have experience and familiarity with global oil trading especially Asia-Pacific, Oceania and America. * Diploma, Bachelor or Master degree of maritime study.
