This role reports to the Associate Director, Fund Corporate Secretarial.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management and maintenance of full spectrum of company secretarial duties including drafting of corporate documents, attendance of meetings, and processing of filings with regulators
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies as well as with provisions in Singapore Corporate Regulations, Statutory Reporting / Filing and corporate governance requirements
  • Liaise internally with Accounting, Business Development, Finance, and Compliance teams as well as Management to ensure client service and internal controls are maintained at the highest standard
  • Manage client relationships on an operational level, including understanding of client\'s business and service needs as well as interfacing with senior legal and corporate secretarial team members of clients
  • Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding corporate secretarial requirements pertaining to their commercial activities
  • Monitor and co-ordinate with agents and offices in relation to offshore entities i.e. Cayman, BVI and others
  • Data management and record keeping processes and controls to ensure client records are appropriately maintained
  • Manage billing and follow-up of accounts receivable with clients and the Finance team
  • Keep abreast of relevant regulatory updates and changes from Singapore and off-shore regulators, as well as developments in the industry, and ensure awareness of relevant technical information
  • Assist with and monitor the implementation of the work migration plan to the SSC, identify improvements/innovations to facilitate effective work migration and capacity building of the SSC Corporate Secretarial team

Relevant experience:
  • Min of 5 years\' experience in handling a portfolio independently.
  • Experience in a professional firms, and in handling companies in various jurisdictions is an advantage
  • Experience with ViewPoint System is an advantage
  • Experience in handling fund administration an advantage
Education/Professional Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Degree holder

\xc2\xb7 Corporate assignments knowledge in Singapore and in other jurisdiction essential

\xc2\xb7 Pursuing or completion of the qualification of Chartered Secretary (ICSA) an advantage
